"Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The folder you specified cannot be found"
Hi. A lot of syncError folders appeared in the user's Outlook 2007 program and I think they lost connection to the Exchange 2003 server. When they close the client and try to re-open it they get the message "Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The folder you specified cannot be found".Has anyone come across this before?Regards,Mike

I have reseached this further and the user was getting empty Sync Issues1 to Sync Issues99 folders created in their mailbox in addition to their standard Sync Issues folder.

We have managed to fix this now with a mixture of upgrading the user to a new Exchange 2007 installation, logging them into a different PC, manually deleting the Sync IssuesNN folders within Outlook and recreating their mail profile on their own PC.
